Oh what a night! Thursday Nov. 21 and
Thursday, Dec. 5 were 2 exciting fundraising nights for the Novice A
Petes. Many hockey moms, neighbours, family members and work friends
gathered at the house of one of our own hockey moms to take part in an Abstract Paint Night. The
night was a huge success!
With over 30 participants, these ladies primed, layered, smudged and coated large canvases to created beautiful pieces of art. Those who started out hesitant and shy, really dug in and leaned in on their paint brushes. By the end, they had solid lines and great edge work. What an amazing bunch of talent!
A special thank you to Nicole of Cole Designs who helped to lead this inexperienced group.
