ServiceMaster Restore Minor Atom A Petes Exhibition Action
On Sunday (Sept. 18), the Petes and the Atom A Ennismore Eagles faced off in an exhibition game. Peterborough stormed out to a 3-1 lead by the second period with goals from Ethan Lacey, Drew Stabler and Lucas Tataryn. Assists went to Tataryn and Cole Stevens. Ennismore's opening goal was scored by Liam Pataky with assists from Mason Williams and Jordan Evans. Ennismore made it a one-goal game late in the second when Wyatt Hickey scored. A goal from Hickey late in the third period, with an assist from Mason Morden, tied the game 3-3. With less than two minutes remaining, Ennismore's William Cavanagh scored the go-ahead goal with assists from Evans and Williams. Ennismore was able to hold on for the 4-3 win.
