The online screening has been updated and when you complete it you will get an automated email that you will show at the door to the coach completing the tracking sheet.  Please make sure you show the coaches before you drop your child off. Please do this 12 hours before, so any ice times tomorrow will need the automated email to enter the arena for the players. Parents will do the test orally and sign the sheet going in, they do not need to do a second online form.

 ****Must read and follow***

Tier 1 Players start this week, parents please read and understand the following:

All coaches, trainers, players and one parent entering the buildings must have a face covering on at all time. (Only exception is members on the ice and only for the on-ice portions)
All players will bring prefilled water bottles should they desire water during their game or practice.

Screening Questionnaire 12 hours before every ice for each participant, all parents must complete a Covid-19 screening form online. One for the player and a separate one for the one parent entering. Please be honest and truthful our program depends on this, if you are sick or show symptoms please take the day off.
Coach or Trainer or identified parent will complete and fill the OHF tracking sheet each ice time and keep them on file, these will be collected monthly by the VP of Rep.

All players will show up as dressed as possible, complete tracking form and will enter dressing room 10 min before. Dressing rooms will be assigned not by team, but by ice time. Masks, bags and other items will be left in the room and players will then go directly on the ice. Undressing in the room after is only acceptable if completed and out within the 10min time limit, otherwise players will finish in the parking lot.

Teams will have 50 minutes on the ice, at which Zamboni staff will buzz you off, players will take skates off and be escorted out. Players will not be able to take their time after, as next team does not enter till last player is out from the ice before.

Only 1 parent or guardian will be allowed in the arenas, they will stand in predetermined areas (Evinrude cold area) (Kinsmen bench side seating) on social distancing logos and will stay till end and then exit with players at the side doors.

Please bring a practice jersey for the first week or two, game uniforms will be provided before game play commences.

Showers will not be accessible for use in the arena dressing rooms.
