Covid-19 Update
As many of you are aware the Peterborough Health Unit District is moving into the Yellow Protect zone for the Provincial Covid-19 system.  We have fielded several questions as to what this means for hockey. At this point there will not be any changes as the City already took a cautious approach and has kept numbers down even when they could have been raised them during the city's time in the green zone.  Moving to the yellow will not change our numbers on the ice or as spectators.

Other regions like Durham and Halton have been in yellow, then orange and still able to run similar programs.  Many regions like Durham / Halton have now been escalated to the red zone and have now had further protocols added including lowering of numbers on and off the ice has occurred in the red zones. OMHA regions of Peel and some in York have been put on pause for the next 28 days. At this point we must as an association continue to screen honestly, wear face covering, social distance and follow all protocols to be able to continue skating and playing games.  Please continue to follow the guidelines on the website. The association is glad that our program is still running, and everyone is staying healthy within our bubbles.

The association will break for a two-week Christmas holiday in a few weeks to allow families to spend time together and stay safe.
