If you played in the PHA in the 2020-2021 you request your JUNIOR Permission To Skate from Jenn Kekki @
[email protected] You must provide your full name as it appears in the hockey Canada database, DOB, the team you played for last season and which JR camp you will be attending. If attending more than one JR camp please provide all camps attending along with the date of the first skate. You require a separate form for each camp.
The OMHA has not provided any information at this time about permission to skate form's for AAA tryouts. Please continue to check the website as information will be posted as soon as it is available.
