REMINDERS

MORE CHANGES ARE COMING BUT ALL CURRENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES REMAIN THE SAME AT THIS TIME

1) All Rules in place are set by our Governing bodies; City of Peterborough, PPHU, OHF, and OMHA.
As frustrating as it may be to you at times; we will follow all Rules or we won't play.

2) All Coaching Staff and all players 2009 age and up must register their Proof of Vaccination with the PHA.
This is not new news and has been posted and updated since Sept. 10th, 2021.

All Spectators must show Proof of Vaccination to enter all Arenas.

3) Same Screening and Tracking Procedures this season.

Health Screening Questionnaire
Every parent, player, coach, instructor, timekeeper and Ref taking part in a game or practice must complete this form before every session.

Coaches / Trainers / Ref / Timekeeper / Player / Spectator Tracking form:
Every person entering a facility must be tracked for contact tracing purposes.  All forms are handed in monthly to the VP of the division.
