New process this year: If any house league
families have moved outside of Peterborough, in addition to your address update
during the registration process the following document needs to be completed
and returned to the registrar in PDF format,
[email protected] The registrar will submit your completed
package to the OMHA and once approved you will be able to be rostered.
If you have moved inside Peterborough you will
need to upload proof of residency to the system during your registration
process. Without this you will not be able to be rostered. For existing PHA players, if you are prompted to upload documents you must complete this or you will not be added to the roster (this is due to the OMHA changing systems).
