The Rep Executive has thoroughly reviewed all current coaching positions, and not all teams are being posted for next season. This decision was based on parent/ player feedback (or lack of feedback), team records, number of years coaching/ associated with the team, number of risk management reports, number of ejections/ suspensions (players & coaches), whether the team will exist (some are being removed from PHA), and coaches stepping down.
