Hello PHA Membership,
The Peterborough Hockey Association is run and supported through volunteers that work countless hours making hockey possible for hundreds of youth players each year. As the 2023-2024 season near an end it is time to recognize those volunteers that put the extra effort in this season. Please take the time to complete this form below nominating someone in the association (Executive, parent volunteer, coach or member other member of the Association) that went above and beyond to help make this year a successful season.

Nominations are for the following awards:
Hazel Laroque- awarded annually for unselfish contribution to the PHA-
Jim Buller Award – executive member who with time , dedication and respect bring service , betterment and friendship through volunteerism –
John Gagliardi Award – awarded annually to the member from the House League side of hockey has gone above and beyond to make the experience for children to remember –
Patricia Wilson Award – to any mom on the executive or in the membership who has dedicated themselves to the game of hockey-
President’s Award – individual who has contributed/ volunteered to the association for many years in any capacity – can be a parent , coach , manager ,trainer , executive , etc -
Rep Parent Volunteer of the year award - any parent who has gone above and beyond to help the PHA throughout this past season-
Rep AA Coach of the year-
Rep A/ C / BB Coach of the year-
