If your player is not eligible, the PHA Registrar will contact you directly to advise.
Once submitted, your player will be vetted and eligible to participate in the PMHC tryouts. No further action is required by you with the PHA. The PHA, via electronic list will send the PMHC a confirmation of your player's eligibility, a PTS form will NOT be sent to you.
