What is PRIVIT?
PRIVIT is a secure, user-friendly platform used by sports organizations to collect and manage athlete medical information, emergency contacts, and required forms. It helps streamline communication between families and team staff, while prioritizing player safety and privacy.
Why are we making this change?
-
Enhanced Safety: Coaches/ trainers can securely access critical medical information during practices and games.
-
Paperless & Efficient: Say goodbye to printed forms—everything is stored online.
-
Privacy-Focused: PRIVIT meets the highest standards for data protection and confidentiality.
-
Simplified Compliance: PRIVIT makes it easy to track what’s completed and what’s outstanding.
Important: Do Not Create a Separate Account for Your Child
Parents/guardians must create one account under their own name, then add their child(ren) as profiles within that account. Creating a separate account for your child will delay the registration process.
Integrated with Our Return to Play Policy
PRIVIT will also be the tool used by trainers, parents, and our Head Trainer to manage our updated Return to Play policy, which will be released in the coming weeks. This ensures a more consistent and efficient approach to player safety and injury management across all teams.
