Minor Atom AA, 2018-2019, Rep (Peterborough Hockey Association)

It was a strong showing full of determination and perseverance for the team on the weekend Thursday through Sunday Afternoon in Oshawa in a 10-team division.  Winning 5 straight games facing off against Clarington, Chatham, Stouville and Oshawa in the round robin and North Durham in the Semi Finals. After a big win in the Semi Finals the Minor Atom AA Petes fell short in the championship game vs Clarington.  Coming away with second Silver Medal of the season through 2 tournaments.  Looking forward to our next Silver Stick this November in Stratford. 

This past weekend the Minor Atom AA Petes took to the ice in the Kawartha AA Tournement .  After going 2-1 in the round robin, faced off against Halton Hills for a rematch of last year final.  Petes downed Halton Hills 4-2 scoring two goals in the last minute and 30 seconds to move onto the semi finals.  Facing off against London for the first time in two years, with 30 seconds to go in the game Petes scored the winner for a 3-2 victory to move onto the finals.
