2022-2023 Season Underway
The 2022-2023 season is officially underway for the Mader Properties & Mitigation Services U14AA Peterborough Petes. With a couple of practices under their belts, the team headed down the 115 to Oshawa for an exhibition match against the rival Oshawa Generals.
The Generals opened the scoring early with a power play goal and carried most of the play in the first period. The second period saw the Petes come out with a better effort and the game turned into a close fought battle for the remaining 2 periods of play. The Gens got themselves into some penalty trouble (to put it mildly!!) and the game ended in a 2-1 victory for the Petes, with goals by Hatton & Hunter.
Congrats team & coaches on a good start and we look forward to our next exhibition game against Northumberland Nighthawks on Friday, September 23.
