4 Games Down...Plenty More to Go
The Mader Properties & Mitigation Services U14AA Peterborough Petes have had a mostly successful start to the regular season, with a 3-1-0 record in their first four games.
The home opener on October 2 saw the Petes defeat the Ajax-Pickering Raiders by a score of 2-1. The trip to Uxbridge on October 8 did not have a good outcome, as the Petes were outplayed and outworked by the North Durham Warriors and came out on the losing end of a 3-1 score.
A rare midweek game in Whitby on October 8 ended in a 3-1 win over Whitby Wildcats - White, followed by a 5-0 win on Saturday, October 15 versus the Northumberland Nighthawks.
The Petes take a break from league action this week to take part in the Kawartha Lakes Classic tournament in Peterborough, with games vs. AP Raiders, Waterloo Wolves and Flamborough Flames.
