Welcome to the 2025 U12AA Peterborough Petes Tryouts
Thank you for your interest in the U12AA Peterborough Petes program. I'm thrilled to welcome all the players to what promises to be a fast-paced and highly competitive tryout week.
All registered players should have received an email outlining their assigned group and ice time for the first skate. If you have not yet received this message, please reach out to Chad Buchner directly at
[email protected] and your assigned time will be provided.
Important Reminders: All players must purchase a Player Passport to participate in tryouts. This passport also grants automatic access to the U12A team tryouts (coached by Steve Armitage), if your player is released from the AA process.
Every player with a valid passport is guaranteed a minimum of three tryout skates.
We encourage all parents to please verify that your email addresses are current, as I will begin sending regular updates about the tryout process, including schedule changes, player releases, and next steps.
Help Us Get to Know Your Player: With the high volume of registrants, we kindly ask that you take a moment to complete the Player Information Form linked on this page. This form asks for details such as your player’s preferred position, handed shot, and whether they’re comfortable playing multiple positions. Your input will support our evaluation team in making informed decisions.
