“The Woolridge tournament was a positive team experience for our players, states Shawn Micks, Head Coach. I was proud of the boys and the effort they made in every game throughout the tournament. We played five games over the three-day period. Our hope going into regular season play is to build on our strengths, improve in some areas and we plan to carry this momentum forward. We had some very exciting games and made some improvements in our playing techniques. Everyone contributed to our team success and we came away feeling really positive. We start our regular season play this week in Kingston on Friday night.”

“Our boys left the tournament on a high note and this tournament was a great team building opportunity for them,” said Tim Killingbeck, Assistant Coach. “We were short players during the final game due to some injuries but the team played hard right to the final minute. The players and their families were impressed by the facilities and the spirit for sports in the city of Elmira.”
