2021-2022 U14 AA - Team Building Event

Hi Everyone,
We will be having a team building event after this Sunday's practice at Hybrid Fitness at their Chemong Road facility, please arrive at 3:45 for sign in. We have booked Josh Gillam to present to the team the importance of stretching, nutrition and conditioning followed by some team building exercises. All players should arrive in t-shirts, shorts and running shoes, we will be ordering pizza for dinner, if there are any dietary restrictions please message me direct (Todd) and we will accommodate.
