Teams are ACCEPTED into the tournament based on the date of registration provided that (i) the entry fee is received either by credit card or by cheque within ten (10) days of online registration at the address below; and (ii) the division is not full. If your cheque is received after 10 days from the date of registration, you team will be ACCEPTED based on availability at the time the cheque is received.

All information supplied is for the use of the tournament only.  Names and Jersey numbers may be listed on the website and/or in a program should the tournament be printing a program. 
  

Refund Policy
No refund for cancellations of tournament entries 45 days prior to tournaments unless there is a team on the waiting list willing to attend the tournament.  All cancellations are subject to a $100 administration fee. The Coach or Team Manager, on behalf of the Team, releases the sponsors of the above Tournament, its officials, Arena Management, and all concerned with the event from any liability or any injury or accident which may be incurred by any player or Team Official while participating in the Tournament, or while traveling to and from the event.
